No, we offer a multitude of pricing options. We have tiered pricing options for our management fees and will review in detail with owner option signing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have properties that are needing managed, we offer 3 detailed plans to provide different services needed for property management. It doesn't matter if you have 1 property or 100, we can offer a plan and fee structure that fits your needs. We will offer free quotes and we're always happy to answer questions. If you are looking for a home or apartment to rent in the Hot Springs area, we will offer you multiple options through out the area as well as detailed lease options to fit your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of Real Property Management Hometown, I have the backing of a nationally accredited property management company with 25+ years of experience. Personally, I not only bring my experience but I'm also a licensed contractor and licensed Realtor. In Hot Springs Arkansas, I am a proud member of the Landlords Association.
