Working with Mr Holland of Southwest Remolding was a pleasure. When I first thought of replacing the windows in my condo it seemed an overwhelming task. After talking with Mr Holland I knew everything was going to be ok. He communicated with me and updated me frequently so I would know what was happening every step of the way. He was professional, punctual, and skilled. The worksite was left clean each evening when he finished. I couldn’t be more pleased with the new windows and the experience. I would have no reservations in recommending SouthWest remodeling to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different promotions throughout the year. If you purchase a whole house window and door replacement project, we offer more benefits for the customer for a better overall value for the larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to the customer to ensure that we can help them with what they are looking for. Then we try to schedule a free in-home consultation to evaluate the project with the customer. From there we would determine the right products for what the customer wants and work up a quote to go over with the customer. If customer decides to purchase then we would order product and schedule installation of such products to work with customers schedule once the products arrive. At that point all that is left is the fulfillment of install and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are certified in a few area's listed below: 1. Certified Pella Expert Installer 2. Certified EPA Lead Renovator 3. Certified EPA Lead Firm
