We needed a new gas hot water heater installed. Ian was great. He had the old tank out in no time. We hit Home Depot together and he helped us pick the best model for our price range and to fit the narrow space were the old tank had been. In fact he saved us $50 on the tank because he found one with a slight dent in an area where it couldn't be seen after install, and wheeled and dealed with the manager. He made installation seem easy, despite having to cut pipes and install fittings and bend pipes using a hand torch. Very friendly, our dogs liked him, and his fee was so reasonable for the quality of work. We saved at least a few hundred going with Ian instead of a regular Home Depot install. We plan to use Ian a lot now. You should too! The guy can fix anything!

Ian Flowerday was a true professional! He arrived to perform the work when he said he would be here which is rare these days. We added several additional jobs to what we had originally quoted once he arrived and he did them willingly and with a great attitude!
We will be hiring Ian again and again!
