- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my clients have the advantage of a "a la carte" type pricing system that allows them to not only have the basic marketing consultation and social media management plan at the core of their marketing, but the options to add on anything from Meetup groups to Groupons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first and foremost goal with every client is to learn more about their business and THEIR goals. I want to know what your vision is, what the mission of your work is and why you started this business. From there, we can talk about how to move forward. We need a good foundation before the future can be evaluated!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ten years ago, I took a position with a well-known non-profit building their annual walk fundraiser and volunteer base. Not only did this give me an insight to the marketing campaigns that were being deployed in our community but also the necessary moves we needed to make in the non-profit world to be recognized. Since then, I've expanded my expertise into small businesses and engagement marketing. My goal is not only to give you a successful plan for PR but to reach your goals by connecting your business and your mission to your community.
