FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on how much junk to remove, the difficulty to remove the things and if there is demolition to do. I want to give all customers the most honest and competitive price. Please note I do not throw things in the truck. I walk all junk into the space ensure as much space is utilize efficiently. I give credit for scrap metal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first and foremost greet the customer with respect. I will ask for more information about the job they will like have done. I get into details such as; where are you located, where are the things you want remove, are there stairs involved and an estimation on how much stuff they want removed. I than give the best estimation based on the information provided. There are no hidden fees or taxes. The estimation includes labor, transport cost and dump fees. I will at times go out to the customers place of work location to give a more accurate estimation, free of charge. I encourage pictures of the complete project.
