- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are different. The size, location, and the scope of work to be done all vary and go into the pricing of a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the customer in person for an on-site inspection of the work to be done. This gives us an opportunity to see first hand and talk to the customer to really drill down and find out what their needs and wants are as well as expectations of the work to be done. From there, we will put together a job estimate that outlines the scope of work to be done and the cost for such work. Once the customer agrees and we are hired, we collect a deposit to put the job on our schedule board to begin the work. Once the project is finished, we will conduct a walk through with the customer to ensure they are completely satisfied with the work that is done. We then require the remaining balance to be paid in full at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between both partners, Robert & Gabriel, there is over 25 years experience in the asphalt and concrete business, and 17 years in customer service related industries. Collectively as company, there is 60 years experience in the paving industry!
