The premise is to move you from where you are to where you desire to be. Coaching facilitates transformation! As a coach, I partner with my clients as an equal. I support clients by bringing awareness and holding them accountable to completing the actions that will have them create and live the life they truly desire. What sets me apart as a coach is that my concentration is financial wellness. My foundation to financial wellness transformation in based on healing your relationship with money by identifying disempowering beliefs about money; engage, educate, motivate and support clients with financial behavioral change. Creating strategies and facilitating tracking structure such as budgets and cash flow plans (or ISSP-individual savings and spending plans). There are no geographical restrictions, coaching is done via phone, skype or in person. Fulfillment! As a coach, I support individuals or businesses who are taking their life or business to the next level, who are up to big things in their life, want more overall life satisfaction, are going through a life transition (i.e. new job, job loss, retirement, marriage, divorce, new parent, etc.) desire to have overall wellness, bereavement, wanting a raise at work, wanting change in relationship with finances, or are finally ready to fulfill their life dreams/goals.
