- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide the customer with a free quote according to the moving details they have provided. The customer will provide their contact information or they will give us a call to ask any further questions. Once they have decided to book with us we take care of that process over the phone or via text with the moving information given. Galactic Movers does not require any deposit to book your move! The day of your move they will arrive at the time frame given, you will show them around your house and point out what needs to be moved. Then you will be presented with a contract with our rates and terms, the team leader will go over it and explain everything you need to know about our contract. Once the contract is signed we will get to work right away, the time starts when we arrive at your location and it stops when the last item is unloaded off the truck. The payment is due at the end of the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only hire employees with experience in the related field. We have mandatory meetings every 2 weeks to make sure we are satisfying all our customers needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it gets close to the end of the month always try to get your reservation set at least a week in advance. The last two weeks fill up fast.
