If you need good value for money, please find some reputable designer/architect who has a registered company in your place. We hired Mr.Ramon to design/advise us the best and cost effective way to build our restaurant kitchen, instead he introduced a MEP engineer who has less than a year of PE license to get involved in the project and over designed HVAC / electrical service and made us in a very difficult position of not being able to proceed with our project any further.
We find it mainly as money minded team who does not trust clients at all and provide false guidance.Their ultimate motto is to grab money from you and does not care if your project succeeds or not.
