Mr. Roberson came in to my production facility and helped us streamline our inventory processes and a few sticking point in our process flow. His knowledge of inventory management helped us save time and money by working on how much and when to order materials. His background in process flow also ironed out some "tidal waves" of orders that were bogging us down. By taking a look from the outside he was able to implement procedures to tighten the process so the "tidal waves" of orders flow more smoothly. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, our initial meeting will be via phone, but I will travel to your site or meet offsite if it is needed. I want to get to know you and your business. I want to know where your business is and where you want to take it. I also want to know about your pain points. What keeps you up at night? What is standing between you and your dreams? What is it exactly that you need my expertise to improve? Once we have documented your current and future realities as well as your expectations, we will put together a project plan encompassing the scope of the project. Once we are both in agreement on the scope, we will get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my MBA in Operations and Production Management from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. St. Edwards University is consistently recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the best colleges in the west.
