- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of: 1) Training frequency-number of times a week. 2) Payment schedule-weekly, monthly, or term length (e.g. 3 months) 3) Meal plan (optional, but suggested): one time payment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, asking about my clients' goals or needs. Followed by asking about any health problems or debilitating circumstances. After that we develop a schedule and program based on our mutual availability. Once training begins, I start with a couple introductory sessions to both gauge a client's physicality, as well as give them a practical introduction to our workout regimen.
