I started working with Tim in July on a Business acquisition deal. He gave me a great value by charging a flat fee. That helped me contain my acquisition cost which can amount to a large sum. Stay away from this incompetent attorney.
He has no clue what he is doing and is abusive and bullys his clients with lies he makes up about them. He is grossly insecure in that he takes any question you put to him as a personal attack. He should not be practicing law. He will lose your case for you. Stay away!
