- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quick Protection Inc., pricing is based on experience. There are no hidden fee's. The price you are quoted, is the fair market price for the services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
OPI process consists of, learning what the customer wants. Once we have an idea of the specifics of the customer, we train our staff to fit that need. We have a service contract in most cases, however if it is temporary, there may not be a need. We provide you proof of Insurance, copy of the Company License and W9.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Grambling State University in the field of Criminal Justice. Later, I attended Northeast Louisiana University where I became a certified Peace Officer for the State of Louisiana. While on the Sheriff Department in Louisiana, I worked my way through the ranks and became one of the youngest Lieutenants. In 1998, I was cleared and approved to work on Federal Government Contracts through the General Service Administration. While performing my duties as a Security Officer, I worked hand and hand with the Federal Protective Service. My duties consisted of running an X-Ray Inspection Unit with Hi-Scan, following building procedures, following post orders and delegations, assisting clients and customers, using handheld metal detector, crowd control and protesters crowd. Upon entrance of the building, all packages were subjected. Also all the private citizens, clients and employees were scanned and monitored for the protection of others. In 2001, I received the rank of Lieutenant which supervised over 115 Officers over all Federal Building in the Houston, Galveston, Conroe, and Bryant Area. Some of these building are Mickey Leland, FBI, Immigration Buildings (INS, Asylum and District), Attorney General, Galveston Courthouse, Social Security Offices from Galveston to Bryant Texas, and Military Enlistment Site. My duties consist of scheduling officers, working with Managers of all Federal Building, concerning Security officers, ensuring that all post orders were followed and that every officer are kept up with on inspections while establishing a safe working relationship with the Federal Protective Service. In 2003, I was ranked as Captain over 120 Officers. As Captain, I became more involved with Management procedures and regulations. Some of the procedures included Building Evacuation Procedures, Implementing Post Procedures, Meeting with Federal Protective Service, General Service Administration, Building Maintenance and all Chief Ranking Officials to discuss building codes, Emergency Procedures, Safety Concerns, updating information on Security Issues, meeting with Local Firemen, and Elevator Servicemen. During this time, I also had to oversee the scheduling of the Lieutenants and Staff.
