- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule a free in-home design consultation to ask questions and learn about our customer's needs. In this appointment, we measure all of your windows, review the options and provide our recommended solutions along with a detail proposal - all at not cost. If you would like to move forward, we place the order, hand-craft your blinds and shades and professionally install the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of professionally trained designers and installers. Our management team has over 100 years combined experience in window coverings!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
One or our partners, Rick, started working for his dad in the window covering business over 35 years ago. Rick became president of that company and continued to grow the business. I met Rick 15 years ago and learned about the business. We started Stoneside because we saw a better way to deliver a great product and a great experience to our customers. Rick left his dad's business, we started Stoneside and it's been a great ride ever since.
