FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At first, hiring a Project Management Firm may seem like an extra expense, but the skills brought to the table should actually reduce the overall cost (and risk) of a large project. A good Project Manager will pay for themselves through negotiations on behalf of the client and by setting the stage for an accident free job site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, listening. We typically set an initial appointment to meet onsite and learn about our clients' ideas by walking through their project space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team is qualified and ready to serve, however, here is a little info on the founder of QT&CD, who is also the founder of The Patria Company, Joshua D Brewer. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration with graduate work in Project Management from the University of Management and Technology, Virginia. He is a U.S. Armed Services veteran, serving both in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army. While serving in the Air Force, Mr. Brewer was qualified as a Journeyman electrician, diesel mechanic, generator technician, HVAC technician and plumber. He has worked with over 700 companies over the last 20 years and spans a broad path across many industries.
