- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary per project based on the types of services requested. I offer the following pricing: • Free Consultations • Monthly Retainers $350.00 ( flat rate fee) • Project Fee: Based on Scope of Work My process is to host an initial consultation to access project needs in order to effectively and fairly quote pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When partnering with the Consulting Firm expect a 4 step process. This is required in order to ensure the best possible experience. Step1: Project Understanding & Management During project onset with new clients The Consulting Firm will conduct a customer need analysis to understand 3 important things: • the business & the how it operates • direction & purpose • goals and objectives Step 2: Review Scope of Services It’s important that we understand the what the client is looking for. Typically, there is a scheduled meeting to discuss: • scope of services • set deadlines • project update briefings Step 3: Price Proposal & Strategic Plan The overall plan on how to accomplish the listed tasks will be revealed as well as pricing and fee schedules. Step 4: Testing & Delivery Our goal is to deliver quality work. Prior to the final publishing of work, we will meet to discuss and test (if applicable) to ensure our clients are satisfied with our work and are able to detect a real difference in their stated goals.
