- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are fees that are mandated by State (see pic). These do not include travel fees- distance dependent and business services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call to discuss the need for notarization. Where to meet? How many signatures and type of documents? Set a time and date to meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Notary Public Commissioned by Texas Secretary of State. Obtained certification for Loan Signings by NNA and background screened.
