- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My motto is... Invest in your skin, it’s going to represent you for a very long time. I do feel that my prices are very reasonable. I use high quality products packed with antioxidants and plant stem cells.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always first start out with intake forms and make sure I know of any allergies and medical history. We talk about what the clients expectations are, and what I’m going to do to fulfill them, and then we come up with a game plan.
