- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a standard pricing system. We feel it is more honest and convenient for client's rather than the hourly or 'estimate' methods. It is conveniently located on the front page of our website for customer's to openly see. The pricing for additional services are available on request or by viewing our booking page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has decided to work with us, we just need some basic contact information so that we can communicate about their specific needs. They can view our standard pricing directly on the front page of our website and can schedule their own service if desired. Once the service is complete they can pay on-site with cash, check, credit card, including chip and touchless, as well as apply or android pay, paypal, or we can send an invoice. If they are not satisfied with the service, it's FREE!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 9 years of experience delivering quality service to clients. We have worked in a variety of situations and places which have helped us to continue to grow and deliver on our promises each and every time.
