- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to estimate cost to be fair. For new customers that wish to have regular cleanings, be prepared for the initial clean to take longer and cost a little more than what routine cleanings would be. I have a referral rewards program which helps my business grow and saves my customers money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a short series of questions about the home before I make an estimate. If I am unsure of what is expected on my part then I schedule a free consult. I do this so that the customer and I are not surprised by anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in a dental office for 10 years so I understand the importance of keeping things neat, orderly, and clean. Dental work requires significant attention to detail which I apply to cleaning everyday. I’m also a single parent raising a 13 year old son so time management and cleaning has always been a part of my daily activities.
