- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote by the project. In this way the customer knows exactly what they are paying for the service provided. That is why it is important to meet at the location to measure the scope of work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually set up a time where I can see to meet with the client at the location of where the painting needs to be done. I discuss with the client what needs to be done, take measurements to determine how much paint will be required and the labor to complete the job. I then call or email the client back with a detailed estimate of the work that is to be completed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many customers in varying projects from residential to commercial over the years.
