FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is difficult to set in the world of technology because of each client's wants and desires. That being said, the value that clients receive is consistently excellent, and the 'bang for their buck' is unrivaled. We specialize in websites in the $500-$1,500 range (lower pricing than competition), knowing that most businesses could not possible consider a website of average price, which is typically $3,000+. We are a web design firm focused on giving each client an excellent result, yet freeing up their cash for sales or ministry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first being contacted by the new customer, I suggest an in-person meeting to formulate an action plan. This often includes a discussion of their dreams and ambitions for their project, a brief tutorial on what their business is and does, and the charting of a timeline and next steps. I then stay in touch with regular updates, making sure that the client is involved in each step of the process (at least, as much as they'd like to be!).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work background is diverse and robust. I've developed dozens of websites for businesses and non-profits small and large, and have a Bachelors from Hope College, a Masters from Central Michigan, and a PhD from the University of Notre Dame. My degree focuses have varied, but my passion for and focus on business and technology has been unwavering. This diversity in education allows me to see any project from many different angles: marketing, customer relations, sales, audience focus, and more.
