Introduction: My attention to detail and a very comprehensive inspection process have been an area that many customers have taken notice of and commented on. A great service starts with a thorough inspection. When I build a solution to a problem I take great effort in trying to make sure the customer understands the process and what they can expect from it. Problem solving is my passion. When people look to me for answers or solutions to their pest, termite or rodent problems, I feel a sense of obligation and determination that inspires a source in me to produce those answers and solutions. I had a really good experience for the first time from a pest control company. Cypress Critters & Pest my hero.... I have had 2 different companies come out for the same exact issue. me and my husband bought this property beautiful property gorgeous house we love it however been here three years and from the first six months of living here we kept hearing things moving around up in our attic we wasn't quite sure where it was coming from called a pest control company I won't say names.but they came out... I told him my issues they went up in my attic they removed a mama possum and some babies . They said my problem was over so thank you very much pay them they're on their way everything was great for a while next season came same issue. called Another company they came out. This time it was mom with baby raccoons! Was told again shouldn't have no more problem... so said thank you have a nice day! Now here I am again next season again hearing noise up there in my attic so very annoyed not knowing why I've called two companies and I'm still getting this issue so I called Cypress critters and pest and they came out , his name was Jerry Stockton... they removed the mother and babies and for God sakes they sealed all entry points where the raccoons have been coming in. so I shouldn't have any issues again!!! They are so professional and seem to really have a passion for what they do. I will definitelybe refer all of my friends coworkers even passersby if they need any help with any type of issues! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years in this industry. I have solved well over a thousand pest control issues for all types of customers, both residential and commercial. I have maintained a certified applicators license for 18 of those years. I have trained and participated in the training of dozens of quality technicians throughout the years. I have developed new innovative techniques that have gone on to become individual business as well as industry standards.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From the most specific of house wife to jet setting travelers that have multiple properties abroad. Commercial builders and realtors. All points in between. Pests are societies common thread and the pests do not discriminate nor target people. They are simply path of least resistance invaders. I have experienced almost everything and every situation imaginable. I once took care of rats in a 2 million dollar home!!!! RATS!!!!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I had to deal an eviction to a family of raccoons that had made a nice little home for themselves in the attic of a sweet lady and her cats. The cats were not at all happy with the fact that there was some creature moving around and this bothered my customer greatly. Her cats were about the only thing that seemed to bring her happiness. I could see the tenseness between them all as I began the process. From the time I started the job to the time it ended some two weeks later, the cats would not come within ten feet of me. But the day I came out of the attic with momma raccoon in the cage, the cats, "ALL 8 OF THEM!!" were lined up watching it leave!! It was so crazy. I followed up with my customer a week later and she was soooo happy and her cats were all lounging around and not concerned about anything, as cats normally are, except for one that actually came up and rubbed against my leg. I felt like I changed that households dynamic. Happy customer 1 raccoons 0!!!!!!!!
