- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all First Responder, Former and Active Military a discount on all service work and installations. For all others, we are confident we offer very competitive and hard to be prices, with unmatched customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to hear from the customer what they believe their problem is, or what their goal is. We would like to get a bit of history from them on how the unit has run over the past few months. Then spend some time diagnosing the unit. We want to fully diagnose the unit as best as we can to avoid surprises later if that is possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are more than happy to discuss some energy saving tips, and educate you on proper maintenance of the ac and furnace unit. We can also educate on allergy resistant options, and how to efficiently control the temperature.
