- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Our prices are packaged to include all fees ( labor, time, mileage if applicable) so there is never any surprises. *Initial consults are always free *10% discount on first kid's party *We offer payment plans *50% deposit is due when signing contract to secure the event day. *We offer build your own and A' la carte items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I like to first get a good idea of what is needed to make their event a success. I do this either by speaking to them on the phone or email. If both the client and myself are on the same page I setup a face to face ( if the client has the time) to go over numbers, and logistics. Hopefully, the client loves what 3dkevents has to offer and we sign a contract. Thereafter, all runs smoothly. My objective is to make sure that this event is memorable and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently in attending a school to gain certification. However, my experience in different events compensates for the interim.
