- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with customers with a variety of budgets, and our primary goal is to help them get their marketing priorities established, so that they can spend their budget wisely. We do that for our clients after our first meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do our no-risk "2-hour Challenge" which is our marketing strategy session that we do with our clients one-on-one in order to produce a prioritized strategic marketing plan for them. This session and plan cost is $250, but clients only pay if they are satisfied at the end of our meeting. After 10 years of marketing experience, this is what sets a strong foundation for us to work off of and start getting marketing campaigns going that fall in line with our clients goals. All of our clients LOVE our process, as it saves them a lot of money by avoiding those marketing activities that are not going to produce the income results they are looking for in their business, and helps them stay laser-focused on those activities that will generate a return for their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Specialization in Strategy, Operations & Processes, Media (Rigel) and Marketing, Creative Direction and Business Systems Development (Jenna) Both employed previously at Fortune 500 Companies, graduates from University of Texas at Austin in Business Economics (Rigel) and University of St. Thomas in Marketing & Spanish (Jenna) Jenna interned at the nations #1 marketing firm in the U.S., serving clients like Walmart, Bank of America, Tyson, and more. Jenna is a Marketing Director with previous jobs in project management and marketing research. Rigel is Drake-Garcia's key strategist, with previous jobs as a Media Director, and Livestream/Youtube Channel lead.
