- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want all my customers to feel they're getting the best service they can for their money. I go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied with the service they've received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in electronics technology and computer repair as well as over 13 years experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a kid I was always curious how and why things worked. So I began taking them apart to learn about them and then put them back together. That curiosity is something that I still carry with me to this day.
