- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range depending house to house and what exactly your looking for. I filled out the pricing sheet only because the site made me. I normally like to set up a meeting with you to do a walk through of your home. Go over everything in detail and see what I have in store for me before I give my price. Every house is different so its not fair to have set pricing in my opinion. The walk through is free of course so please don't be scared off by the pricing sheet lol.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to your house and do a walk through. I ask you what it is your looking for. You'll show me if there's certain ways you want things done and so on. I take notes and look through your whole house very deeply so I really know what I'm dealing with. When that's all said and done then we talk pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in cleaning. I have a bit of ocd and I pay very close attention to detail. My fiancé Kevin has 18 years in being a contractor. Him and his father have their own separate business but he's available to do any jobs with or without me as well. We make a great power team and love what we do!
