- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the wide variety of service provided and variables. We provide pricing information on a individual basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a phone call or internet conference call to ask and answer any question the client may have. During the call/ web conference we will: -Determine if any legal paperwork is required such as a NDA or Service Contract. -Set a project timelines & expectations. -We will ensure all questions are answered. -Ensure contact information for all stakeholders is on record. -Provide customer portal access to see project updates, ask questions or request a new service. At the end of the project we will provide project deliverables and ensure the client is happy.
