FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first conversation is all about listening to the customer. We have to understand what they want done, when they want it done, what they want the final result to be, what they expect to pay. We then let them know what we can & cannot do. We then complete the agreed apon work. We notify the customer of any unforseen complications as they arise. When the work is complete, we then make sure the customer is satisfied with end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on home repair & vehicle repair most of my life. I also have an engineering degree from Devry. My oldest son has been doing contractor work for three years, and is in his last year studying building trades.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this kind of work when my dad purchased our first house. We fixed that one, and the next one, and so on.
