- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am here to help. I will work with the student and family to come up with pricing that works within any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly, I get to know the student. What makes the student tick, what does the student like to do, what does the student want to do? Then as far as college selection, what is important to the student? Type of school, academic program, size of school, etc. I also want to know the family. What is important to the family in the college admissions process - affordability, location, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
