- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We earn business by pricing competitively against other contractors. Customers always get our best price out of the gate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a company representative to customers homes to review the extent of the work needed. Customers can look at samples of product colors and quality levels. I then contact the customer to give them a price and answer any questions they have about my proposal. Once we agree on Price and scope, we schedule the work to be performed at a day and time best for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience, licensed and insured, Masters in Business Administration
