- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers take advantage of quality expert tax preparation services from the comforts of their home at an affordable price. The process is simple. You send us your name and email address and we get started on your taxes right away! It is truly as simple as the click of a button. Our customers answer the interview questions, securely upload the necessary documents and wait to hear that their returns are ready for submission!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has experience in performing various accounting functions and over 15 years of tax preparation experience. Our key team members consist of a recently retired CPA, a Tax Accountant with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and a Senior Accountant, with a B.S. in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration. Altogether we possess experience in various industries. We developed our industry expertise while working for large online tax preparation sites and well-known tax preparation companies, non-profit organizations and small businesses across the United States.
