Redstone Fencing LLC
About this pro
I got a quote through Tennessee valley fence as a contractor for Home Depot. They told me it would be $948 to get five fence posts replaced. After they didn’t follow up, I started look for someone else and stumbled on these guys. Not only did they actually call me back, but they did the work for half the price, and my fence is standing upright again! They didn’t try to up sell me, but they did confirm what I was more or less aware of which is that I will need to replace the whole back before too much longer. I can guarantee that as long as this company is around, they’re the ones I’ll call! Ginger beard(as I call him endearingly) is very easy to work with, respectful and professional as is his staff.Jul 5, 2018
If I had the option of giving Redstone fencing LLC 0 Stars I would have been happy to give them 0 Stars! The initial consultation went well and he jumped a very big game but overall ending product in my opinion he does not know what he is doing. We signed a contract and he did not abide by the contract even after we discussed it and tried to compromise on it. He was on time when he said he was going to be there but did not do what he said he was going to do. When he finished the fence there was a large portion of my fence that was not done and he said due to liability issues he was not going to finish even though he had permission to finish. He also left only half of the materials for the unfinished side sitting on my porch and now all of that material is not usable because it has been weathered. He said he would be back in about two months and yet I have not heard from him after leaving him voicemails and text messages. This gentleman took my money and I've not heard back from him since. When you pay someone thousands of dollars to do a job you expect it to be done right. I would not recommend Austin At Redstone fencing LLC to any one on the worst day even if he was the last fencing contractor on the Earth. My recommendation please do not waste your time with someone on Thumbtack pay the extra $500 and go with a very reasonable licensed contractor who is going to do it right the first time.May 29, 2017Verified
