- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my prices are estimates and should be taken as so. There are several factors the can alter prices, such as coat condition (matting), hand scissoring, and temperament are a few of examples. A phone consultation can result in better knowledge for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a phone consultation, we will set up an appointment. Then I will allow you to show me any pics or give me instructions about how you would like your baby groomed. While I allow time to get accounted with your pet and their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with animals processionally for over 10 years as a vetinarian tech as well as a groomer. I have completed breed specific training classes through the National Dog Groomers Association.
