- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our prices on the current market price for material with our labor rate depending on the type of project. We utilize a clean cut system for our pricing and break down any and all aspects to the project to give our customers a clear and transparent understanding on our prices. We also offer a maintenance packages for all Landscape installs to give our clients peace of mind!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are dedicated to making the process as simple and clear as possible for our clients. We do this by communicating every step of the way from doing the initial estimate or quote to following up after the project is completed. Here is a more clear breakdown on how a typical project works out. A) Set up a time and date for us to discuss the project. B) Come out and get needed infomation (Measurements etc.) for the project C) Write up a quote for the clients review. D) Follw-up with material and design plan E) Set up a date and timeline for the project F) Project Install! We work with the client throughout the install process and give daily updates. G) Project Completion! H) Follow-up to guarantee everything works/looks as planned at periods of 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a tremendous team with over 20 years of landscaping experience. We are also dedicated to building our teams education by providing the very best in training and utilizing new programs and systems to make our team the very best they can be.
