Every one is so nice there! As soon as I get off work I always go to the gym and no matter how bad my day was at work I always have a smile on at the gym! My trainer Caleb has helped me out alot I went to the gym to fight depression that goes on my family he has helped me with that and I can't be thankful enough! He has become like a mentor to me and a really good friend I can count on! Over all I love the gym and the people there!

Caleb Offner is my personal trainer and he keeps me accountable for my goals and keeps me motivated. I have personally seen results and look forward to working with him in the future.
Side Note:
The ladies locker room could use a carpet cleaning and the club itself could use a small facelift or sprucing up it is a little dated. Overall, everyone seems friendly and the personal trainers I have had are very knowledgable and nice to work with.
