- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the Customer chooses our company to do the job, we waive the service call fee so the call is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honestly, if I can't fix something, I always let my New Customer know it's above my expertise and we should reach out to my peers for answers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
School of Hard Knocks. Hands on has been most of my training, but I have had a lot of classroom hours on New and upcoming technology.
