Introduction: My piano studio is a place of excitement. Many parents will tell you that their child never wants to leave. I encourage and motivate my students through success. When they find success they are self motivated, encouraged and excited to do more. It's a happy place to be... Learning and achieving. When they leave from their lesson they leave feeling good about themselves in some areas of their music🎶 even though they may be challenged they gain self confidence to face their fears of failure for example and we walk together down that path until they can walk alone. Kind of like training wheels on a bicycle when they come off the look on that face of accomplishment is priceless. Motivation through Success. I have been a piano teacher for 20+years. It is my passion to bring the experience of learning to play the piano to anyone ages 5-... The piano is the foundational instrument of all music. Learning to play broadens the person and it is my pleasure and honor to bring that to all ages. I delight in experiencing with my students that moment of hearing a song and it is coming from them . So many times they will stop playing quickly and look at me like my student did today it was like" Where did that sound come from? I smiled at her and I said that was you don't stop, keep playing." Their countenance brightens and it brings them joy. That is my reward.
