My hardwood floors were done in 2016 by a large, well known, local flooring company. Within 6 months, my floors started separating, and breaking off in certain areas. I called the company with my concerns, only to get nowhere with them. In the meantime, after asking friends for referrals to other flooring companies, I contacted Fabricio, owner of a smaller, local company; JB Services. I was impressed first off, by the fact that he came to my home that same day to view the job, and the proposal was emailed to me within a few hours that same night. Fabricio worked diligently over the course of the next few days to complete the job before I had family coming to stay with me that weekend. He was punctual, professional, personable, and the price was much more affordable than the “large, well known” company I went with the first time. Almost two years later, my hardwood floors still look the same as the day I had them installed. I have also hired Fabricio to do the exterior painting on my home, and I can’t say enough positive things about Fabricio’s great work. He has been my go-to for a few years now, and has exceeded my expectations each time!
