So I lost power on Thanksgiving, I have well water so the pump is electrically ran. I called john and he got back to me about and hour later. He showed up that day and got my power on temporarily until he could replace the wires to the meter that were damaged. I gave him a deposit that day and seen some reviews online after the fact. I was worried but I feel I'm a good judge of character and felt with the hoops he jumped through for me he deserved a chance. He told me Tuesday but Wednesday at the latest and then called me Sunday letting me know he could take care of the work for me. He finished about two hours ago and I couldn't be happier with this whole experience. He's a good man and he tried to go above and beyond for me.

As a 3rd party maintenance coordinator, trust is a huge factor. I had a store submit that there was a power outage and they were unable to open until it was resolved. John got in touch with me within minutes of opening my project and was able to get there within an hour. He was able to perform a temp fix to get the store operational until he could order a replacement breaker once the supply houses reopen after the holiday weekend.
He walked me through the process so I could fully grasp what he was seeing with patience.
I would definitely hire him again
