- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 65 an hour which is very low. I charge this much because of the certifications that I and my employees bring to the table. If one was to research this topic other companies charge anywhere from 100 to 150 an hour so I made my company marketable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually want to touch base with the client over the phone and see what there problem is and get certain facts from them. I also can negotiate sometimes a better price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2 year business degree. I also have many certifications. I am always doing new certifications which I will put on the site soon.
