- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Overtime I have developed an hourly rate baseline that shifts per the type of project and the time I feel I would spend working on it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a consolation which includes clarifying the project and creating a creative brief. I then work in the thumbnail stage where I create a range of design variations and complete overhauls. I return to the client with a few of my more developed and polished ideas. Upon getting the green light from the client I continue onto creating the full composition. I leave an open line of communication with the client as I create a few drafts. Once the client has approved of the final direction I hand over the final project along with any previously discussed materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a technical project based learning high school where I learned how to use all the programs that I use today. Upon graduating high school, I went to college to pursue by B.A.s in Graphic Design.
