What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no fees for buyers. Selling a home is on a commission basis - to be determined and agreed upon by seller and myself at the listing presentation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, I set up a mini new seller/buyer phone interview. A chance for me to get to know you better and also an opportunity for you to decide if I am right for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 plus years of experience in Real Estate. Rehabbed 3 of my own homes, I see the diamond in the rough. Years of customer service, make me an excellent negotiator.
