Chisa is a really nice, sincere person, and I felt comfortable communicating with her about my book. She was quick to respond, which I really value. I was originally going to rate the service I received as 3/5 stars. I was expecting more in-depth help with characters, plot, events, direction etc. On top of that, I wasn't satisfied with all of the edits that were made, and I will need to go back through the manuscript before publishing. That being said, Chisa took comments of her service very well, and was gracious and polite throughout, and so all told the service was 4/5 stars. Thanks again!
