Introduction: I think I stand out in several ways- Skills; Music is not something that you've ever fully learned to do. While many people are happy to perform at a level that is professionally acceptable, I'd always prefer to be professionally exceptional. Style; I've always tried to cultivate a unique style. I like doing things differently and trying to find something beautiful and fresh to bring to the music. Professionalism; Playing music is always a pleasure but there are more considerations when we're working together to make a great event happen. Planning, logistics, etc. I like to be able to keep the whole process as fun as possible while still being efficient, simple and thorough.
I just love playing music and making connections with people.

We hired Scott's band for a charity event. The planning, performance, and teardown were all top-notch and very professional. Scott, and his entire band, were all great to work with.

The Scott Koffman Band recently played an outdoor street dance/food truck rally sponsored by our local merchant's association. It had rained all day, but in spite of that, Scott showed up on time and entertained everyone that showed up throughout the evening. The sound quality was great, choice of music was outstanding, and Scott is the ultimate professional. We'll be hiring them again!

Scott has worked for me for about 3 years before he moved to Florida. I was the bartender that worked when he played so I got a first hand show of his talents. He is the consummate professional always showing up on time, and with a good attitude. He has a large variety of music capabilities and knows how to keep a crowd laughing, dancing and drinking. In all I was sad on a professional level that I was losing him but happy to see him pursue his dreams in music. Any place that wants a musician to keep there friends of customers entertained would be lucky to get him.
