- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate for personal shopping and a standard rate for closet purging, which is based on closet size and organization level. I require a photo before quoting the job. Time sensitivity comes in to play when quoting a specific job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up their own Pinterest Board on my business page so I can start adding pieces I think they'd like based on conversations we've had about the style they want. We'll have lots of conversations so when we go shopping we have an idea in mind.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would have conversations with your potential vendors before choosing one. You should be able to connect with that person and they should completely understand what you're wanting to accomplish.
