Jennifer is great at what she does, helping you get out of your own way to make your dreams a reality. I can't even tell you the progress I've made since starting to have her coach me. I stepped out and started my own business (which I had been looking at doing for years), I'm in a successful relationship, my life is being decluttered to eliminate the noise, and I'm focusing on what matters. It was hard for me to justify paying a coach at first. After struggling to break some self limiting thoughts for years, I thought, "what the heck do I have to lose. We only live once and I've been stuck in this spot for a while. Let's see if this helps". I don't how to explain it, but just having someone to talk through the big things of life with has helped me immensely. Maybe it's having someone to hold me accountable to take steps towards my dreams and goals, or listening with observations to help me break free from being in negative thought cycles that didn't serve me. All I know is that the progress I've made this year has been incredible, and I know much of it is because I started coaching with Jenn.
