- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give up front pricing. so once the price is given it doesn't change. so the customer knows what to expect, and doesn't have to be surprised with over priced bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them inn their home find out what they are wanting to have done. help them achieve that goal and try and work with their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of home electrical service. before that I spent 5 years in commercial New construction and service.
