- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat rate pricing. All pricing is provided up front and approved by the customer before any work is done. We always offer FREE drain estimates and a FREE sewer camera inspection is included with every main line cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we discuss the issue they are having thoroughly in order to ensure we are sending the right technician or representative to best meet their needs. We then schedule an appointment time that works best for their schedule. We call at least 30 minutes in advance to let them know when the technician is on their way. Once the problem is assessed, a diagnosis and estimate are provided for approval before any work is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed four years of plumbing apprenticeship from 2005-2009 before becoming a licensed journeyman plumber. My wife, who is my business partner, also has been in the plumbing industry (office and customer service side) since 1999.
